Assistant Manager

We are currently hiring for Shift Managers and Assistant Managers!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee a shift of 2-7 people
Work productively and supervise restaurant employees
Works diligently to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during your shift
Manage cash handling and shortages
Inventory Counts
Temperature controls
Address and resolve customer complaints
Train crew members
Assist GM with various management responsibilities
Count and place food and soda orders
Perform all job responsibilities of crew members as well

DAY SHIFTS:

9:30 am-4 pm
9:30 am-6 pm

NIGHT SHIFTS:

4pm-10 pm
3pm-10 pm

PAY:

We pay our Assistant Managers between $16-17/hr + tips

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent Customer Service Experience (preferably 1 year in fast food, restaurants, retail, etc.).
Be at least 18 years of age.
Friendly and Outgoing Personality.
Ability to work at least 25 hours each week.
Willingness to be a leader and take on additional responsibilities
Reliable and Hardworking
