12 Hour Food Packer Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.50 to $17.50 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:00am )

Package finished snack products according to company specifications.
Inspect products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy.
Label, box, and palletize finished goods.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following food safety standards.
Follow all company safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Report equipment or product issues to supervisors.

12 Hour Food Packer Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable attendance and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to stand for 12 hour shift.
Frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED
12 hour shift 2-2-3 schedule, work every other weekend
