What You’ll Do

• Run company-provided leads and develop your own through referrals and neighborhood marketing.

• Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm-damage and retail projects.

• Prepare professional estimates and explain materials, warranties, and repair options.

• Meet with insurance adjusters to verify full damage coverage and project scope.

• Build lasting customer and referral relationships in the Spanish Lake area.

• Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events such as Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and community business meetings.

• Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and trade contractors to establish referral pipelines.

• Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients.

• Guide homeowners through color selection, design choices, and contract finalization.

• Attend weekly sales strategy meetings to share progress and goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, siding, or home-improvement.

• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

• Willingness to learn and explain the insurance claim process.

• Physically able to climb and inspect roofs safely.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

• Professional, ethical, and community-focused team player.

Performance Goals

• Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales.

• Maintain a 35%+ closing ratio.

• Balance company-provided and self-generated leads (50/50).
