We are currently searching for our newest Clinical Pharmacist - Hem/Onc who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.
Clinical Pharmacist position details:
- Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
- Location: Tampa, FL
- Status: Full time, exempt
- Shift: 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Weekend Work: None
- On Call: No
Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:
- The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
Certifications and Licensure:
- Required: Pharmacist State of FL
- Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: PharmD, Acute Care Experience
