The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university, Or * Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.

• California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
