Full Time Maintenance Tech

This position is responsible for the oversight of maintenance, site services and the safety regulations of the market by performing the following duties:

• Plans and implements safety policies.
• Ensures the marketplace is in compliance with local, state and federal, OSHA regulations.
• Inspects facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards.
• Determines corrective or preventative measures for health hazards.
• Fills out and submits accident reports required by regulatory agencies.
• Trains team members to meet and follow safety standards.
• Implements corrective action plans if safety standards are not met.
• Supervises maintenance, site services, and mechanical team members to ensure all daily duties are completed.
• Oversees the repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Evaluates labor needs and schedules team members accordingly.
• Operates heavy equipment.
• Ensures employees have the correct certification to run heavy equipment, drive company vehicles and golf carts.
• Oversees event execution and operations.
• Manages all projects within department and facilitate instruction as needed.
• Provides IT and ATM support.
• Drives golf carts and company vehicles.
• Performs activities of those supervised.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
