If this sounds like you, come grow with us as we continue to build a sustainable tomorrow together!Key Job Responsibilities:Lead assigned turnarounds events (includes maintenance and capital projects) and manage all phases thru scoping, execution, and close-out.Develop technical funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for assigned turnaround events.Manage communications regarding schedule, budget, and progress updates with key stake holdersBasic understanding of operating plant and experience in an industrial environment.Understands quality standards as outlined by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.Responsible to drive key Air Products Safety programs and establishing a Safety 1st CultureRequired Skills / Abilities:Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.Manufacturing plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects experience7 to 10 years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplinesProfessional Engineer preferredAbility to travel 30%-40% of the time depending on assigned workloadObtain TWIC, passport and pass refinery background checksMinimum Hiring Requirements:Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) OneNote, SAP, Primavera P6.10+ years’ experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication.Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not requiredPMP Certification a plus, but not requiredWhat's In It for You: At Air Products we foster a culture of inclusion where every voice is heard, and everyone feels they belong and matter.
