Outpatient Physical Therapist

This position offers a 5x8 schedule, with a start date of August 31st, for a duration of 6 months.

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to the patients' needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsibilities include the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs to allow for effective community reintegration. This role also involves educating patients, families, students, coworkers, and self while performing other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery, consistent with the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Complete medical record documentation accurately and within established timelines.
• Provide care under signed and valid physician orders while adhering to insurance guidelines.
• Participate in the student program by providing a positive learning environment.
• Actively pursue professional development and maintain licensure.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active and applicable state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
