Momentous Health at Vandalia is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our 7a–7p Day Shift team. If you’re committed to providing excellent care and thrive in a supportive environment, we want you with us.

Deliver high-quality nursing care with a resident-first mindset
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Communicate with families and providers as needed
Maintain thorough documentation and follow care plans
