Job Description

Data Modeler Skillset Requirement –

• Translating business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Identifying the highest-level relationships between different entities.
• Identifying specific entities, attributes and relationships involved in the business function.
• Data Mapping, Join validations – Validation, and addressing/fixing data queries raised by project team in a timely manner
• Techno-functional profile is preferred! Should possess technical understanding and good domain knowledge in Energy and Utilities sector
• Exposure to ETL, SQL is desirable
• Good to have domain knowledge in utilities domain with experience in any of the following or other utility systems – CC&B, Customer/1, CIMS, MDM, Grid, AMI etc.
• Should be well versed with IT process related knowledge, such as phases of IT system development life cycle - requirement gathering, functional & data design, development, testing etc.
• Should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and time management skills, and must be an excellent team player

Qualifications

Qualifications Basic • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
