We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Core Systems Assistant. Job Summary We are seeking a Core Systems Assistant to assist our core systems team with employee onboarding to applicable systems. Key Responsibilities Manages helpdesk tickets, issues documentation, and is the first line of assessment and resolution of issues. Works closely and professionally with other credit union departments, business partners, and vendors. Acts as a core systems resource for project implementation. Processes employee status tickets in an efficient and confidential manner. Supports Core Systems Specialist by assisting in research of issues and providing prompt, accurate information in ticket systems. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A two-year college degree, or equivalent preferred. 0 - 2 years of similar or related experience. Experience with a financial institution preferred.
