What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process in accordance with standards and regulations
• Assess patient needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient activities and treatments
• Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring team efficiency and patient safety
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Document patient progress and care activities accurately
• Stay informed of compliance standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• 2+ years of professional nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
