Customer Service Representative

Trillium Drivers is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse and inside sales operations.

This position is ideal for someone with strong order entry, customer service, inventory, and logistics coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders received by phone, email, and walk-in customers
• Enter orders accurately and ensure timely processing
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are pulled, packaged, and ready for delivery
• Schedule and route local delivery trucks to meet customer delivery commitments
• Generate delivery manifests and shipping documentation
• Assist customers with sales, returns, credits, and order inquiries
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Review backorders and troubleshoot order issues
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, credit, and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of customer service, inside sales, order entry, inventory control, or logistics experience
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or building materials experience is a plus
