Preferred Qualifications:

Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Adaptability to provide services on-site with consideration of possible virtual positions

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy and support to students in accordance with IEPs and district goals
Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
Implement evidence-based strategies for assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
Maintain thorough records reflective of best practices for both direct and indirect services
Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment where every student’s voice is encouraged and heard
