Engagement Manager

Position Summary Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an Engagement Manager or Associate Director to join a fast‑growing health outcomes research team. The role will lead all phases of primary and secondary data research projects supporting health outcomes and larger consulting engagements. Responsibilities Project Management: Lead all phases of research project and analysis, including questionnaire and discussion guide design, data collection oversight (US and ex‑US), primary and secondary data management, analysis, presentation development, staff assignments, and coordination of tasks. Client Management: Manage client relationships and serve as the point of contact; aid in proposal development and study design. Business Management: Identify sales opportunities with existing clients. People Management: Manage, mentor and develop assigned staff. Other: Serve as a point of contact on health outcomes research‑related inquiries, promote internal expertise, and perform related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Education: Advanced degree required, PhD in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Health Outcomes Research, Public Health, Health Policy, or Health Services Research preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years in health outcomes or public health research, at least 3 years of project and people management experience. Skills: Hands‑on experience with designing observational and experimental studies, questionnaires, data management, analysis, and report creation; advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies (burden of illness studies, choice experiments, cohort studies, case‑control studies, patient‑reported outcome scales, prospective studies); publication experience; strong study design, survey/discussion guide writing, analytical, data visualization, slide development; solid business acumen; strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, SAS, R, Q). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong work ethic; ability to multi‑task across projects and teams. Salary Estimated base salary range: minimum $160,000, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
