Quality Control Technician

But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of fuel farm/storage and related equipment. You will be required to test and inspect fuels and additive products, compile and evaluate statistical data to evaluate and assure quality and reliability of products, and perform hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment maintenance of fuel farm/storage and related equipment. What you will be doing Consult with manufacturer or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards and analyse fuels/additives to ensure consistent product quality. Select and test fuel/additive products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and or chemical characteristics. Record test data, following statistical quality control procedures. Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Prepare graphs or charts of data or enter data into computer for analysis. Conduct work in a safe and environmentally conscious manner by adhering to all company, industry, local, state and federal safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
