Our client is an AM LAW 200 firm seeking two Trusts & Estates Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting complex estate planning documents and advising sophisticated clients on estate and trust matters. An LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to take the Florida Bar. The successful candidate will bring: Excellent academic credentials Strong written and verbal communication skills Meticulous legal drafting and analytical abilities Experience with sophisticated estate planning and trust matters An engaging personality and empathetic demeanor The ability to establish trust and inspire confidence with sophisticated clients This position offers immediate responsibility and direct client exposure in a friendly, collegial environment.
