Fabrication Supervisor

#WeAreHiring: 2nd Shift Fabrication Supervisor In This Key Supervisory Role, You Will Lead and manage daily workflows, ensuring productivity targets are consistently met. Conduct daily safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and compliance. Mentor and train crew members to enhance their skills and maintain high-performance standards. Supervise fabrication and installation of piping, ductwork, and mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, and condenser water systems typically used in data centers and industrial projects. Review blueprints, isometric drawings, and fabrication details to guarantee precision and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align schedules and resources for smooth project execution. Maintain rigorous quality control by inspecting work, ensuring compliance with company standards, specifications, and local codes. Support commissioning and turnover activities to ensure systems meet all operational requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. OSHA 10 certification mandatory. Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical construction or fabrication within commercial, industrial, or data center sectors.
