Autonomous Home Health RN: Patient-Centered Case Manager

Cantex in Houston is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered home health care. In this role, you will manage patient caseloads and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing program with a valid Texas RN license and a minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in home health settings.
