Hospitalist Physician

We are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join ourgrowing post-acute care team as an Inpatient Hospitalist Physician in Springfield, MA. This full-time opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance with aMonday-Friday schedule, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or arelated specialty
• Active and unrestrictedmedical license in the applicable state or eligibility for licensure
• DEA registration oreligibility to obtain
• Experience in hospitalmedicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, orinternal medicine preferred
• Strong clinical judgment andability to manage medically complex patients
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills
• Commitment to providingcompassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to travel betweenassigned facilities as needed
