We are staffed with seasoned professionals, highly trained project managers, equipment operators and technicians. RSI’s personnel are trained in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 and maintain their annual eight-hour updates. RSI mobilizes its own workforce to provide remedial construction services. RSI based in Independence, KS, is a premier nationwide contractor supplying innovative, cost-effective solutions to complex environmental remediation challenge. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities Perform general site labor and assist crews with environmental cleanup and construction activities Operate light-to-medium equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and pressure washers Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Follow all site-specific safety and environmental protocols Ability to operate light/heavy equipment (preferred but not required) Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE Ability to work in teams and take direction from site leadership Capable of working in physically demanding environments in all weather conditions Qualifications 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred, but training can be provided) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Six (6) months of construction or general labor experience preferred Work performed outdoors in varied weather conditions Work may involve confined spaces, elevated work areas, and physical labor such as lifting, bending, and carrying Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Travel may be required What We Offer Competitive Pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, including 100% company paid Medical option 401 (K) with Company Match Paid Time Off RSI, is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
