Saela Pest Control is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as a Pest Control Inspector . This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. You'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect their homes and families. This is not a desk job. Company vehicle and fuel card Cell phone reimbursement Annual sales incentive trips for top performers Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities What to Expect Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers Identify pest activity and risk factors around homes Access attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas when needed Educate homeowners and recommend treatment solutions Generate new business opportunities through customer interactions and referrals Build long-term customer relationships Manage your schedule and follow-up activities Deliver exceptional customer service You will have monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.
