ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of three. I spent 20 years owning and operating businesses before transitioning into the insurance industry as a State Farm team member and eventually becoming an agent. I’m a Fresno State graduate, and outside of work, I enjoy adventure - everything from mountain climbing to scuba diving.

Our agency is proud to support local youth and high school sports programs and enjoys staying connected to the families in our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Mike Contreras - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
