CRNA Opportunity At Providence Regional Medical Center EverettThe PRMC Anesthesia Department seeks full-time CRNAs to join our collaborative team. Situated in Seattle, this 615-bed hospital is known for its excellence in patient care. As a Level 2 Trauma Center and a key facility within the state's largest healthcare provider network, PRMC manages around 17,000 cases annually, including 4,000 births.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) and Flexible Spending AccountsMedical professional liability insuranceChoice of W2 or independent contractor status7 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) and CMEFull-time CRNA stipends$10,000 relocation bonus with receipt reimbursement$20,000 sign-on bonusResponsibilities:Practice independently within a supportive team environmentOversee 26 ORs + 2 OBs in a Level 2 Trauma CenterWork on a diverse case mix: general, orthopedic, urological, gynecological, neurological, vascular, and gastrointestinal proceduresStandard day shifts from 7 am - 5 pm, with flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, or 24sRequirements:Active state license, DEA, and State CDSBoard certificationACLS, PALS, and BLS certificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience
