Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cardiac ICU assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
• Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy procedures
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience
• Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Experience with conscious sedation

Education & Certifications:

• Active New York State RN License
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
• AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Primary Source Verification
• IV/Phlebotomy certification or experience required
