Store Associate

If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and can handle basic math while working a register, you might be the perfect fit. What You'll Do:

- Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
- Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns
- Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
- Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
- Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
- Support loss prevention and store cleanliness
- Great communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Supportive team environment
- Flexible part-time hours
- On-the-job training and opportunities to grow
- A fun, fast-paced retail atmosphere
- Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts
- Comfortable bending, squatting, and reaching for merchandise
- Able to move quickly in a fast-paced store environment
