Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Kohler seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead sourcing strategy across global manufacturing operations. You will develop category strategies, negotiate contracts, and build a resilient, sustainable supply base for materials and components used in Kohler’s kitchen, bath, power, and hospitality products. Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize total cost of ownership, drive quality and on-time delivery, mitigate risk, and support ESG goals. Lead and mentor a sourcing team, leverage data and analytics, and champion continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier performance.
