About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the insurance industry as a Sales Leader, where I developed a passion for coaching others and building successful teams. I'm a graduate of Florida A&M University, have been married for 17 years, and have two sons. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with my family. Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm actively involved with Rotary, several Chambers of Commerce, and serve on multiple local boards. Building relationships and making a positive impact in our community are core values of our agency. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
