Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tony Milam - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

  • Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Dagsboro, DE, behind Royal Farms.
  • Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 -5, and open by appointment on evenings and Saturdays.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
  • I am a proud graduate of Clemson University.
