Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 members on outdoor construction projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. Interpret blueprints and project plans to guide installations and manage job site logistics. Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery, ensuring all tools are used safely and effectively. Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Manage project timelines, coordinate materials, and maintain clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction throughout each phase of construction. Participate in snow operations during winter months to help maintain safe community spaces. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment. Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team. Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs. Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
