Are you an organized, customer-focused professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? Express is seeking a motivated Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an affordable housing community with 48 units. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents while helping maintain a well-managed property.

 

Compensation : $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience)

 

Schedule: 28-32 hours per week | Flexible Schedule

 

Responsibilities

 

• Manage daily property operations and resident relations
• Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and company policies
• Maintain resident files and property records
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders
• Conduct property inspections and help maintain community standards
• Assist with rent collections and resident communications
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

 

Qualifications

 

• 1+ years of previous property management, leasing, or housing experience
• Knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
