Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business relationships and grow our staffing partnerships throughout the assigned territory. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, presenting staffing solutions, and increasing revenue through consultative sales. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys networking and helping businesses find exceptional talent.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to identify staffing needs and present customized workforce solutions.
• Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate staffing agreements and service contracts.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document activities in the company's CRM.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful placement of qualified candidates.
• Conduct follow-up visits with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional staffing opportunities.
• Represent Hire Up Staffing Services professionally at networking events, job fairs, and community events.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
• Assist with collection efforts when necessary by partnering with the accounting department.
• Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Minimum one year of outside sales, business development, account management, or staffing industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM software.
• Ability to calculate basic business math and prepare sales reports.

Preferred:

• Staffing industry experience.
• Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience.
• Experience developing new business through cold calling and networking.
