We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented cook to join our team and help create high-quality meals in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in food preparation, maintains strong standards for cleanliness and food safety, and works well with others to deliver a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Assist with prep work, including washing, chopping, measuring, and organizing ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels
• Support kitchen operations by communicating effectively with teammates and responding to changing priorities
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
• Help ensure timely meal service and consistent customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and standardized procedures
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Available Shifts

Shift: 5a-1p and 12p-8p

This position involves standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in a busy kitchen setting. Candidates should be comfortable working around heat, sharp tools, and frequent activity while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
