Rear Load Driver

Interstate Waste Services seeks a safety-focused Rear Load Driver to operate rear-load trucks on residential and commercial routes in the greater NY/NJ area. In this essential role, you’ll perform pre/post-trip inspections, safely collect and load waste and recyclables, and follow DOT and company safety standards. You’ll interact professionally with customers, work closely with your route team, and help keep communities clean and sustainable.
