Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions utilizing secure telehealth technology, ensuring clarity and comfort for clients.

• Perform thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health conditions, followed by the formulation of customized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

• Guide clients in developing essential coping mechanisms and strategies for managing life transitions and mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMHC will encompass a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is essential.

• Must hold state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays. New hires may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus, depending on prior experience and specialization.
