Schedule & Pay Rate: Compounder - 1st Shift Schedule: 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. / flexible schedule & open to OT
- Pay range: $23.00-$27.00/hour , based on experience
- Pay range: $23.00-$27.00/hour , based on experience
- Initial training on 1st shift (30-60 days).
- Manufacture products following procedures, health, and safety guidelines.
- Handle, measure, and blend bulk chemicals (liquids, powders) accurately.
- Monitor batches, make adjustments, and ensure quality and quantity standards.
- Clean equipment, maintain records, and follow all safety and GMP rules.
- Package products (pails, drums, totes), weigh accurately, and ensure proper labeling.
- Wear required PPE and maintain a safe workspace.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing; 2+ years of chemical blending preferred.
- Able to read batch instructions, communicate effectively, and solve practical problems.
- Team player with a strong "get-the-job-done" attitude.
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs; forklift experience/certification is a plus.
- Must be available for overtime and some Saturdays
