Warehouse Associate

at North Coast Electric: What You Will Do

: Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling Safe forklift/equipment usage Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks Other warehouse duties as assigned What You Will Bring

: Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) Pro-active and self-motivated mindset Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems Good oral & written communication skills Team oriented Safety aware and oriented Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment Completing EDGE in the first 30 days of employment Physical Requirements and Work Environment

: Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Use of forklifts and other PIT equipment Warehouse environment Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance Additional Requirements

: This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime Pay is $21/hour - $22.93/hour, DOE.
