Responsibilities Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs Conduct evaluations and create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their individual goals Work closely with other members of a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care Maintain records of patient therapy and progress Qualifications Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to improvement - both personal and professional Ability to multitask The ability to stay positive and compassionate with patients #J-18808-Ljbffr
