About the Role This internship is designed for a sharp, ambitious student who wants meaningful exposure, high expectations, and the opportunity to contribute well beyond their experience level. You will work closely with executive leadership to transform scattered information into clear analysis, organized reporting, actionable recommendations, and operational leverage across multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities AI & Innovation Initiatives – research, test, and help implement AI tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency, decision‑making, communication, and scalability across the organization. Financial Planning & Analysis – assist with KPI tracking, business performance reporting, revenue analysis, forecasting support, operational metrics, and executive‑level financial insights. Executive & Board Reporting – prepare polished, accurate, and visually clear presentations, board materials, summaries, and leadership updates. HR & Organizational Analysis – support projects related to hiring, organizational structure, workforce planning, capacity analysis, and people analytics. Strategic Operations & Special Projects – turn undefined or messy business problems into organized workstreams, research findings, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
