Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Ozark, MO to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This 1099 contract opportunity requires care at the patient’s residence with scheduling established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check. Pay Range $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr About Giving Home Health Care Since 2012, Giving Home Health Care has supported individuals impacted by health conditions related to work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy. With a focus on personalized, in-home care, we serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care to those who need it most. Responsibilities Execute physician prescribed plans of care and maintain compliant documentation in the system of record. Administer prescribed treatments and therapies. Perform patient assessments and coordinate care. Assist with daily living activities, communication, and vital sign monitoring while working in the patient’s home. Communicate with family members, doctors, and other involved individuals regarding patient health. Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs. Requirements Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test. Prefer experience in a clinical care setting; home health experience preferred. Good interpersonal skills. Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
