Returns Associate

Process returned merchandise using warehouse management systems and RF scanners. Inspect returned products for damage, defects, wear, and resale eligibility. Review return information and customer service notes to ensure accurate processing. Enter return reasons and accurately classify merchandise based on company guidelines. Process Return to Sender (RTS) merchandise and other return-related transactions. Identify and report damaged, defective, or non-sellable merchandise. Maintain inventory accuracy by properly scanning, labeling, and routing returned products. Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives. Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines. Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and order information. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily operational goals. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or returns processing experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus. Experience with HighJump or similar warehouse management systems is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
