CyberSecurity Analyst Level 1

When you join us as a CyberSecurity Analyst I, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Protect RadNet's sensitive data, including Protected Health Information, Personally Identifiable Information, Employee Data, and Business Information. Balance business needs and cybersecurity requirements to defend RadNet against evolving cyber threats. Ensure authorized access by investigating improper access, reporting violations, monitoring activity, and recommending improvements. Collaborate with RadNet IT teams to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities. Conduct regular vulnerability scans and fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard. Provide rapid response to security incidents outside normal business hours if necessary. Prepare reports that document security incidents. Assist with training staff on network and information security policy/procedures. Work with internal and external auditors on security-related requests. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Complete any other Security Analyst activities as needed. Provide excellent customer service. You Are: Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: Two plus (2+) years of experience supporting Business Systems Computing. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with DLP, AV, and anti-malware concepts. An understanding of TCP/IP, computer networking, routing and switching. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including speaking and presenting to others. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects and assignments under tight deadlines.
