Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Redwood UX & AI Agent)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Full-Time & Contract Employment

Work Mode: 100 % Remote

Experience

8-15+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience
Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience
Hands-on experience with Redwood UX implementations is mandatory
Experience with Oracle AI capabilities in HCM Cloud is highly preferred

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions, Redwood User Experience (UX), and Oracle AI capabilities. The consultant will be responsible for leading business workshops, solution design, Redwood adoption, AI Agent implementation, and end-to-end functional delivery across HCM modules.
