Palouse Dementia Care is Searching for compassionate Caregivers Personality Traits that make DAWN certified caregiver’s successful: High regard for ALL people’s health and well‑being High emotional intelligence Humility Respect for elders This Job offers: Competitive pay $18-$25 Health Insurance Stipend 3% Retirement matching Flexible hours (work as much as 40 hours or as little as 4 hours) DAWN caregiver training and certification Must Have: Reliable transportation GED or High School Diploma Pass a criminal background check Currently seeking evening and weekend availability DAWN method of caregiving: We’ve found that although our clients lose their rational functions, they are able to live intuitively—enjoying emotions, beauty, and everything their senses bring to them—in the present. We will teach you how to access your intuitive thinking skills and maintain a positive mood so you can create a sense of security and bond with our clients.
