Medical Assistant (3-5 Years Experience Required)
Pay: $19.00-$23.75/hr + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekends

We are seeking someone with 3-5 years of hands-on MA experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys being a key part of the patient care team.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (required)
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
• Strong clinical skills, including:
  
  • Vaccinations
  • Phlebotomy
  • Medication knowledge
  • Clinical procedures
• Experience supporting providers during exams and minor procedures
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive patient experience
• Strong communication skills and comfort with EHR systems

What You'll Do

• Perform patient intakes, vitals, medical histories, and medication reviews
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, wound care, and diagnostic testing
• Administer immunizations and perform specimen collection
• Conduct EKGs and point-of-care testing
• Prepare, label, and process lab samples
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Support patient triage, care coordination, and follow-up
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Document accurately in the EHR
• Manage scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and insurance verification
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive patient care
