Job Description Job Title: Service Dispatcher Location: Houston, TX Overview: Are you a logistics whiz with a knack for managing time andkeeping things running smoothly? PurAgain Water is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in ensuringour service technicians are efficiently dispatched and that ourcustomers receive top-notch service. What You’ll Do Manage service callsand dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly. Utilize your strongunderstanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes. Ensure an 80% sitrate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managingtheir daily tasks. Provide excellentcustomer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied. Use your logisticsknowledge, whether from military, warehouse, or delivery experience,to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain and updatethe CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls andtechnician assignments. Handle timemanagement with precision, ensuring that all service calls areaddressed in a timely manner. Work closely withthe service team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork. Requirements What We’re Looking For: LogisticsExpertise : Experience in logistics, whether through military,warehouse, or delivery services like Uber or DoorDash, is highly valued.
