Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings Starting Wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Part Time). Responsibilities Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy is essential. Follow a clear, consistent workflow to ensure efficient operations. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and work toward productivity-based wage increases. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience required if you can demonstrate discipline. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout shifts. Comfort with learning handheld scanners or counting tools. Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a team‑oriented attitude. Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, frequent usage of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. Occasionally travel by car or plane, including overnight stays. Benefits Competitive pay with a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $2.00 in the first 6 months; maximum increase $5.00.
