Commercial Roofing SuperintendentKato Roofing, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead and elevate field operations. This role requires a disciplined and inspirational leader who drives safety, quality, productivity, and accountability while developing high-performing Foremen and roofing crews.The ideal candidate possesses extensive technical roofing knowledge and a proven ability to manage personnel, equipment, and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop Foremen and commercial roofing crewsOversee installation of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, coatings, and related roofing systemsEnforce company safety standards and OSHA complianceEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetConduct jobsite safety inspections and quality assurance reviewsCoordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, customers, vendors, inspectors, and subcontractorsTroubleshoot technical roofing challenges and provide field solutionsMaintain project documentation and reportingManage materials, equipment, and jobsite logisticsOversee warehouse operations, equipment management, and inventory controlSupport maintenance of company facilities and operationsQualifications & Requirements5+ years of experience managing commercial roofing operations as a Superintendent, Senior Foreman, or Project ManagerExtensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and manufacturer specificationsProven leadership and team development skillsStrong understanding of OSHA standards and safety requirementsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentsExceptional organizational and communication skillsValid driver's licenseBilingual English/Spanish preferredWork ScheduleFull-time positionMonday through FridayAdditional evening, overtime, and weekend hours as neededRegional travel to jobsites requiredWork Environment & Physical RequirementsCombination of office and field workFrequent visits to active jobsitesWork in varying weather conditionsProlonged periods working at a desk and computerMust be able to safely access roof surfaces and construction sitesAbility to lift up to 50 poundsCompensationCompetitive Salary Based on ExperienceBenefits401(k) with Company MatchMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Company-Paid Life InsurancePaid Time OffEmployee Referral ProgramProfessional Development OpportunitiesYear-Round EmploymentJoin a team committed to delivering exceptional service, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementKato Roofing, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected classification under applicable federal, state, or local law.
