We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to earn more based on performance someone who goes beyond fixing equipment to diagnose the issue, walk the customer through their options, and deliver a great experience every time.

You'll run residential service calls scheduled by dispatch diagnosing accurately, presenting clear repair and replacement options, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in occupied homes (required)
• A valid Texas HVAC license (or actively working toward obtaining one)
• Ability to diagnose systems and present repair and replacement options to homeowners effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the capability to explain solutions and demonstrate value
• A goal-driven mindset with the desire to earn based on performance
• A professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record (a company vehicle will be provided)
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
