Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting a high-volume, unionized environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, which will enable you to thrive and contribute positively to the organization's success.

Location: Kokomo, IN

Pay Range: $38

Shift: Days, Nights, Evenings (40 hours)

What's the Job?

• Supervise 30-40 hourly employees in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Maintain staffing levels, including managing calloffs and reassignments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, SIS, WCM, or similar methodologies
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to enhance performance
• Collaborate with plant pillars and cross-functional teams to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Proven experience supervising or managing people in a manufacturing setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends, to meet production needs
• Background with Lean, WCM, Kaizen, SIS, or other CI methodologies
